When watching live, I always liked when she “danced” out of flubbed landings. Now it’s just irritating. She landed well so much of the time (and was clearly capable of great things), that the dance outs are just so…NCAA
I have never been a fan of hers and these just solidify it. All her routines, save for the last one from Sdyney look exactly the same. Pluse I don’t really care for her tumbling… To me she’s always screamed Beam and not floor. Just like Nastia. *shrugs*
I certainly enjoyed these routines–they had actual choreography instead of the shake, wiggle, walk to corner nonsense that passes for dancing between passes in a floor routine these days. The first three videos even had some nice, controlled turns in them, as opposed to spin, spin, spin….keep spinning while falling out of it which I’ve seen all to often in recent competitions.

The one from the Sydney games I liked, but the others, not so much.

Her lines really have personality, unlike some gymnasts who have lines but no personality.

I agree. I love her routines. Not sure what happen have the Sydney games tho. Her choreography took a turn for the worse.
