A lot of people are wondering if new European vault champion Ariella Kaeslin of Switzerland is the new Alicia Sacramone – they’re both blond, both do really nice layout Rudis, etc. But I tend to think that if anyone takes up Sacramone’s mantle, it’s likely to be little Yulia Berger of Russia, who effortlessly vaulted a Tsuk 1.5 and a tucked rudi to capture second place behind Kaeslin at the 2009 European Championships.
